Grating has a gritted surface finish. This offers excellent slip resistant properties.

The grating is very flexible and may be repeatedly deflected without causing permanent deformation. Once the load is removed it will return to its original shape, unlike metallic grating, which will remain deformed and require replacement. High energy absorption and flexibility of GRP Grating makes it impact resistant.

The grating has been tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 7 and met the performance requirements of Class 1.

The grating is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and is perfectly suited for use even in the harshest of environments.

At only 12kgs per square metre (25mm high) and 18kgs per square metre (38mm high), fibreglass grating is very easy to install and requires no heavy lifting equipment.
