Description: The Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) Group is a dynamic, innovative and customer focused organisation, made up of two registered social landlords, which now own and manage over 10,000 properties in South West London. The company had communal flights of concrete stairs, which proposed slip risks to their tenants. After discussions, Richmond Housing wanted a solution that had longevity and could improve the aesthetics of the stair wells, whilst increasing the levels of slip resistance. Our GRP Stair Treads where cut to size on site and installed by Oltco’s fully trained work force.
