Subseal

Subseal concrete sealer is a clear, water based, silicone that waterproofs and preserves concrete from within. Subseal causes a chemical reaction in masonry, which creates a protective barrier enhancing the physical properties of the concrete. Subseal reduces problems caused from dusting, algae formation, soft concrete, or simple efflorescence (ordinary concrete disintegration). 

Subseal can be used to seal concrete flooring, walls, blocks, grout and other concrete structures.
