Shot Blasting

Shot blasting or blast tracking consists of attacking the surface with varied types of shot. Blast tracking machines use a confined completely dust free system to remove floor coverings leaving a dry surface free of residue.   

Blast tracking is used to remove floor coverings such as epoxy coatings, paints, carpet adhesives and vinyls. The machines we use are bulky and therefore favour larger factories and external areas but have excellent coverage rates.

Where do Oltco work?

Our head office is based in the south west, but work throughout the whole of the UK. Oltco do not charge millage on any job and are happy to prep anything from a small domestic garage to a large commercial factory.

Why not use a diamond grinder?

We feel that diamond grinders offer a slightly better surface finish and surface adhesion but do not offer the same coverage rates. Blast tracking covers large factories and external areas quickly.
