Diamond Grinding

Oltco use HTC equipment for diamond grinding and surface leveling as believe that it is the best on the market. We feel that diamond grinding is the optimum preparation process, as it leaves a completely smooth surface. This reduces the cost of material, gives a better looking finish and gives the optimum in coating adhesion. A diamond grinded surface also has better tensile strength when compared to that of a shot blasting or scarified surface.

Diamond grinding is used to remove floor coverings such as epoxy coatings, paints, carpet adhesives and vinyls. The original surface can then be refurbished avoiding the need to use additional self-levelling compounds within the floor preparation process.

Where do Oltco work?

Our head office is based in the south west, but work throughout the whole of the UK. Oltco do not charge millage on any job and are happy to prep anything from a small domestic garage to a large commercial factory.
