Description: Tulip is the largest producer of pork in the UK providing a vast choice of products to both the retail and foodservice markets. Oltco, working alongside Matt Toms (Tulip Area Manager), conducted a 5S factory floor plan. 5S is a proven workplace methodology for “creating and sustaining” a clean, safe, and productive work environment through employee involvement. This included pedestrian walkways and working areas. The walkways were prepared using the HTC diamond grinder system. Oltco's Ultimate Hi Build product was chosen due to its robust properties. Ultimate Hi Build can be applied on top of an existing floor coating, is 5 times thicker than normal floor paint and is durable, delivering longevity.
